Hi Blaga, It depends what you want to do with the feedback you're collecting. If you'd like to e-mail the information somewhere, you can use the SendHTMLEmail Function as described in Chapter 11 of course 1. If you'd like to store the form data, you can write a SaveForm Expression and pair it with a Model Data Browser, as described in Chapter 14 of course 2. If neither of these options is suitable for what you're trying to build, let me know and I'll suggest an alternative solution. Kind regards, Matt
