Hi m1afy!

Thank you for posting your question on our Forum!

There are multiple methods of populating your Free Text boxes but in this instance i would suggest using the function SetModelResponseValue.

On your Yes/No questions response's, add an Expression Attribute, use the function SetModelResponseValue("FreeTextBoxKeyword","ValueToBePassedToFreeTextBox").

Make sure that if the Yes/No is on the same page of the Free Text box that it is set to Auto post back to the web server.
