The result I posted is from my Preview window.
I've investigated this issue and it appears that although your site is fully able to render the required content, the Preview in your current version of KnowledgeKube is unable to do the same. A new build of the back office tool is due this week, and when that arrives this should no longer be a problem.
If, after the build arrives you continue to experience this issue, please let me know.
