Hi Din,

Now we've verified the action can be triggered manually from within your model, I've discussed the issue with a member of the development team in order to identify what's stopping one aspect of the action from being automated (e-mails) but not the other (data transactions).

Please bear with us while we look into this. Hopefully it's a relatively simple fix and we can get back to you within 24 hours, but please accept our apologies if it takes any longer.

​Sorry for the delay. Can you please also check that the name referenced in your schduler action matches the name of your email template?
