With further investigation and speaking with the development team it can be one of two possibilities:

1) The action itself is invalid. You can test this by trying to run it manually through your model, rather than the scheduler. If this is the case you will need to fix the action and - hopefully - scheduler should then be able to use it as normal.

2) If the action works fine then please let us know as this will require further investigation.
