Hi Betty,

If the two models have the same model reference, then the dates cannot overlap. Can you try changing the expiry date of the original model to yesterday, so that the dates for the two models will line up? This should allow your new model to show.

Hi Hannah,

I have changed my expiry date to today but the model is still not showing. It still shows my older version.

Hi Betty,

Can you take a look at the original version of the model and check that the expired date is set to today or earlier. If it isn't, can you change the date and then confirm if that fixes the issue?
